The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners, you will manage your own caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
New build transactions
Shared ownership matters
Leases/Landlord and Tenant
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
Providing clear, practical advice to clients

Wills and estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
Inheritance Tax planning
Providing clear, practical advice to clients and their families
