Solicitors firms are required to collect, publish and report their workforce diversity data to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).  Completion of the survey by the personnel is not compulsory.  Our most recent survey was carried out in July 2021 and reported to the SRA.  Under the SRA Guidelines Solicitors Practices we should not publish any diversity data in a way which might identify individuals.  Haworth Brotherton is a small firm and have chosen not to publish this data as we are unable to display our workforce diversity data without the risk of identification of our personnel.
